Dai Weina is a poet, short story writer and playwright based in Beijing, where she works for the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She holds an MPhil from Oxford University and a PhD from Renmin University of China. She has authored four poetry collections in Chinese. She edits Guangnian (Light Year), a magazine devoted to introducing world poetry into Chinese.
