Kai Ihns is currently a Humanities Teaching Fellow at the University of Chicago, where she recently completed a PhD focusing on a form of attentional-cognitive prosody in contemporary experimental poetry and film, a project called Aspect Choreography. She’s the author of two books of poems: Of (The Elephants, 2024), and sundaey (Propeller Books, 2020), as well as numerous pamphlets, including most recently Wednesday (The Creative Writing Department, 2023) and GREEN SKY (slub press, 2023).
